OERt CIWG - Managing Change

OERt CIWG - Managing Change

SIRF Roundtables presents
Operational Excellence Roundtable
Common Interest Workgroup
Managing Change
Hosted By Holy Spirit Northside Private Hospital
SIRF Roundtables in Queensland currently comprises in excess of 40 progressive organisations that are willing to network and share their best practices in a peer to peer learning environment, specialising in Operational Excellence and Industrial Maintenance.

The ‘Common Interest Work Group’ (CIWG) events are for operators/technical specialists looking to discuss with peers, specific topics they are working on, in and around their field of excellence.
In this CIWG we will be looking at managing employees through change in the workplace.

In today's environment change is about the only constant we can rely on. However, not all employees can handle change as well as others, which has an impact on the pace of change an organisation can make.

So how do we create an environment where change can happen easily and yet still retain employee engagement.

Some areas this workshop will explore:
1.    What barriers impact change?
2.    What models are companies using for change?
3.    What are some critical factors for change?
4.    How can we measure success?
So please come along to this Common Interest Working Group and share what you are doing around change management.

This event is ideal for:
HR, Operations, CI, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Warehousing or anyone looking to improve the change process
