Engaging Employees in Projects
Host to be advised

SIRF Roundtables in Queensland currently comprises in excess of 40 progressive organisations that are willing to network and share their best practices in a peer to peer learning environment, specialising in Operational Excellence and Industrial Maintenance.

‘Common Interest Work Group’ (CIWG) events are for technical specialists looking to discuss with peers, specific topics they are working on, in and around their field of excellence.
A common thread in the workplace currently seems to be around getting employees engaged in key projects. We all know that employee engagement has significant benefits on a day to day basis; we can only assume this is the same in projects.

Organisations seem to have change and project role out models; and there are certainly a number available out there, if you just Google project models, you get 527,000 hits.

So why today do we still here about employee engagement being low in project role out's?

In this workshop we will look at:
- Is employee engagement important in projects, if so why?
- What would a best practice model look like?
- What tools are we using?
- How can we shift the current para-dime?
This event is ideal for:
CI, Operations, Maintenance, Warehousing or simply anyone rolling out a significant initiative
