SIRF Roundtables in New South Wales currently comprises in excess of 40 progressive organisations that are willing to network and share their best practices in a peer to peer learning environment, specialising in Operational Excellence and Industrial Maintenance.

The ‘Common Interest Work Group’ (CIWG) events are for operators/technical specialists looking to discuss with peers, specific topics they are working on, in and around their field of excellence.

Companies have long emphasized customer touch points—the many critical moments when customers interact with the organization and its offerings on their way to purchase and after. Understanding the context of a customer interaction is the key, and then to address the root cause is critical. This is real time information into the efficiency/effectiveness and health of the supply chain from the customer’s point of view…the customer’s end to end journey.
