SIRF Roundtables presents
Industrial Maintenance Roundtable
Common Interest Workgroup
Planning & Scheduling
Host to be advised
SIRF Roundtables in Queensland currently comprises in excess of 40 progressive organisations that are willing to network and share their best practices in a peer to peer learning environment, specialising in Operational Excellence and Industrial Maintenance.

The ‘Common Interest Work Group’ (CIWG) events are for operators/technical specialists looking to discuss with peers, specific topics they are working on, in and around their field of excellence.
Effective planning and scheduling is the core of a well functioning maintenance team. Its success often relies on good integration with  key systems outside of the maintenance department:- such as operations, purchasing, stores,  IT  and accounting. Planning determines the what, how, time, equipment and resource requirements for a work order. Scheduling determines when and who completes the  task. Doing these effectively can significantly increase resource efficiency , plant reliability and reduce maintenance and production costs by reducing future breakdowns.
