IMRt CIWG - Improving Tool Time

SIRF Roundtables presents
Industrial Maintenance Roundtable
Common Interest Workgroup
Improving Tool Time
At the Ainslie FC

SIRF Roundtables in New South Wales currently comprises in excess of 40 progressive organisations that are willing to network and share their best practices in a peer to peer learning environment, specialising in Operational Excellence and Industrial Maintenance.

The ‘Common Interest Work Group’ (CIWG) events are for operators/technical specialists looking to discuss with peers, specific topics they are working on, in and around their field of excellence.
In this Working Group, participants will look at various strategies member organisations are using to increase maintenance productivity or “tool time”. As labour resources become increasingly tightened, maintenance productivity has become a key enabler in the competitive edge “battle ground”.

The day will include such topics as:

 - What are the right metrics to drive maintenance productivity?
 - How do we move from a cost cutting mentality to a productivity improvement culture?
 - What are the strategies and tools available to companies to drive productivity improvement?
 - How does the leadership team gain buy-in from the maintenance team to improve productivity?
This event is ideal for:
Maintenance leadership roles, operations leadership, business improvement professionals
