"Reliability in the Workplace" Series

Hosted by Tomago Aluminium

SIRF Roundtables in New South Wales currently comprises in excess of 40 progressive organisations that are willing to network and share their best practices in a peer to peer learning environment, specialising in Operational Excellence and Industrial Maintenance.

The ‘Common Interest Work Group’ (CIWG) events are for operators/technical specialists looking to discuss with peers, specific topics they are working on, in and around their field of excellence.
This Common Interest Working Group will focus the key aspects of Reliability improvement techniques. Over the last decade, the reliability professional has become a corner stone of the asset capability improvement. During the day, delegates will discuss and share their views, techniques and tools on how they have driven reliability improvements into their organisations.

Such topics to be discussed are:
 - How is reliability improvement measured and what does it bring the “bottom line” for the organisation?
 - What techniques are available to the reliability professional to help them in driving improvement?
