Industrial Maintenance Roundtable
Common Interest Workgroup
Condition Monitoring

Host at Magpies Waitara

SIRF Roundtables in New South Wales currently comprises in excess of 50 progressive organisations that are willing to network and share their best practices in a peer to peer learning environment, specialising in Operational Excellence and Industrial Maintenance.

The ‘Common Interest Work Group’ (CIWG) events are for operators/technical specialists looking to discuss with peers, specific topics they are working on, in and around their field of excellence.

Condition Monitoring programs require trained personnel using the appropriate tools and equipment to target the right assets, with proper root cause analysis training, to then execute the corrective action for the plant or equipment to have the longevity of life they may not be getting now.

Effective condition monitoring programs need to deliver reliability improvements that exceed the cost of the programs themselves.

We may discuss such points as:
- Critical Equipment Monitoring
- In House vs Out Sourcing
- Essential and Basic CM Equipment
- Reporting
- Justifying the launch of a program
