ImagePart One of this two-part series helped create a framework for understanding your company's current culture and all of the variations of it that occur within the organisation. Part two gets into the nitty-gritty of how you can use that information to plan and structure your change management efforts. The discussion will cover at least nine aspects of change management that you should at least consider when planning or implementing your change.

Melissa Lewis, who was a dynamite presenter for SIRF Roundtable's first ever Masterclass in 2015, is back with new insights and an updated and more in-depth presentation of her work as a lecturer at Flinders University and a Change Facilitator at Flinders Medical Centre. Starting with a discussion about thinking of organisations' cultures as Metaphors to understand aspects of communication and decision making, the group will then discuss creating Models of companies and groups that go beyond the reporting structure, and how to combine these two things into Visuals to help guide your change management efforts.
