CIWG and Site Tour ! Maintenance scheduling and scheduling tools- Proudly hosted by Qenos Olefins Altona

QenosIn this Common Interest Work Group (CIWG) we will be looking at Maintenance Scheduling.  Most CMMS systems provide sufficient functionality for planning, but fall short in delivering practical solutions for the dynamic world of resource scheduling.

This CIWG will be focused on what tools are used in the scheduling function. Specifically the group will share the barriers to successful scheduling and what tools businesses use to overcome these barriers.

Qenos have been exploring scheduling tools to complement their CMMS and will talk of their selection process and implementation of their chosen solution. We will also have the Prometheus Group Prometheuspresent for part of the day sharing on their scheduling solution for SAP plant maintenance.  With the other companies present we will also have the opportunity to hear on the tools they also use for greater engagement and more efficient and effective scheduling.

Come learn from Qenos, Prometheus and others present on what their maintenance scheduling solution are. Come share what you are using with others facing the same opportunities and challenges. Come along to this event and discuss topics like:
CMMS systems
  • Scheduling tools - design and function. What do they do? What should they be able to do?
  • Spreadsheets v planning software v paper based
  • CMMS scheduling tools. SAP, Elipse, Maximo, Prometheus, Viziya etc. Do they work and to what extent
  • Tips and tricks
