OERt CIWG - Quality

SIRF Roundtables presents
Operational Excellence Roundtable
Common Interest Workgroup
Quality "Get It Right First Time"
Host to be advised
SIRF Roundtables in Queensland currently comprises in excess of 40 progressive organisations that are willing to network and share their best practices in a peer to peer learning environment, specialising in Operational Excellence and Industrial Maintenance.

‘Common Interest Work Group’ (CIWG) events are for technical specialists looking to discuss with peers, specific topics they are working on, in and around their field of excellence.
The elusive goal for most organisations is to "Get It Right First Time".....
The goal is without doubt a very valid target, as if we can achieve we increase just about every KPI in the book, including: Safety, Efficiency, Waste, Customer satisfaction, DIFOT. This list goes on.

So, what does it take to achieving high quality products or services every time?
Certainly, some tools include: working closely with suppliers, TQM, Poka Yoke, quality auditing, Visualisation, operator training and development, to name a few initiatives...But is there a secret formula?

Key discussion points for this workshop will be:
- What would best practice look like?
- How are you improving supplier quality?
- What tools are you using?
- How are you measuring success?
- How are you eliminating operator error?
This event is ideal for:
Quality, CI, Operations, Procurement or anyone wishing to improve their current quality systems and processes
