OERt CIWG - Process Mapping

SIRF Roundtables presents
Operational Excellence Roundtable
Common Interest Workgroup
Process Mapping
Hosted by CSR - Bradford
SIRF Roundtables in Queensland currently comprises in excess of 40 progressive organisations that are willing to network and share their best practices in a peer to peer learning environment, specialising in Operational Excellence and Industrial Maintenance.

‘Common Interest Work Group’ (CIWG) events are for technical specialists looking to discuss with peers, specific topics they are working on, in and around their field of excellence.
One of the key elements of business improvement, is process mapping; the term refers to activities involved in defining what a business does, who is responsible, to what standard the process should be completed, and how the success of a business process can be determined.

The original tools and symbols were developed way back in 1947, and are still used today by many organisations. Yet still some organisations are not utilising this as a critical tool in their business; and the potential of what it can deliver seemingly, never seems to get fulfilled.
In this workshop, we will look at:
- How are companies using process mapping
- Achieving effective results
- Creating buy in across all areas of the business
- Best practice process mapping
