Succession PlanningWith so much energy, preparation and contribution from all stakeholders to carry out a seemingly straight-forward planned shutdown,  how does it sometimes go  wrong.  A number of factors can contribute to this and usually it revolves around the basics,  objectives, communications and resources.  Each undertaking interfaces with others, but still have that  "Standalone-Priority".
Shutdowns are performed regularly, and in most cases carrying out similar works, but as there are many involved at all levels the connections are sometimes disjointed.
