SIRF Roundtables presents
Industrial Maintenance Roundtable
Common Interest Workgroup
ISO 55000
Proudly hosted by Port Authority of NSW

SIRF Roundtables in New South Wales currently comprises in excess of 40 progressive organisations that are willing to network and share their best practices in a peer to peer learning environment, specialising in Operational Excellence and Industrial Maintenance.

‘Common Interest Work Group’ (CIWG) events are for technical specialists looking to discuss with peers, specific topics they are working on, in and around their field of excellence.
Since ISO 55000 was launched in January 2014, the internal asset management standards have been slow to be adopted in Australia, with many organisations, either not adopting a standard at all or staying with the British standards known as PAS 55.

We are interested to understand in the SIRF membership, who has adopted the ISO 55000 standards and how it is going?

Please come along and share some discussions around:

  • Who has adopted ISO 55000?
  • What are your key learning's to date?
  • Has it brought value to your organisation?
  • What are some things to look out for?
  • Are there parts of the standard you can use?
This event is ideal for:
Asset and Maintenance Managers or anyone interested to contribute to the discussions on ISO 55000.
