Irrespective of the financial outcomes from EBA negotiations, there are many other factors that impact the business, during the course of the negotiations.
Both Unions and management spend countless hours strategising on attaining their preferred outcomes; do you ever achieve a satisfactory result?
During the process the bargaining table can be a lonely place, with pressures from senior leadership to get results and a genuine lack of understanding by many on the actual process.
