Quick Changeover eliminates or reduces non-value added activities in the setup and teardown processes of manufacturing, allowing companies to quickly and efficiently change from one product to another. Quick Changeover will enable you to reduce batch sizes and shorten lead time, making it easier to meet customer demands without the expense of excess inventory.

 This workshop follows the proven Tell, Show, Experience, Practice method.  We will provide case-studies of previous successful applications, to impart the practical knowledge and business benefits and then tackle a real changeover opportunity in a manufacturing plant
