Quick Changeover Workshop teaches participants a method to reduce down time between product runs, for maintainence and any other time that the process has to be interupted. Participants go through a simulated changeover process and then work together to reduce the time it takes. Reliability for Operators Workshop is an opportunity to bring together operators and maintainers to work on improving operator care of equipment. Operator use and misuse of equipment is generally a major factor in equipment reliability. Improving operator care is a structured process of providing them with the information they need to know how to care for their equipment. A successful operator care program reduces unplanned downtime and frees up specialist maintainers time for planned activitities and improves reliability. |
