The November 19th 2008 IMRt Roundtable meeting was held at Chifley Eastern Creek Hotel in Sydney.

The meeting was attended by 27 people from 10 organisations. The meeting started of with attendee introductions and General Business.

This was presented by Rick Noyes who is the Senior Reliability Engineer at OneSteel in charge of their implementation of improvements in Trades Standards and Practices, which they have taken on as a key business improvement initiative. In the recent CIWG meeting on this topic it was accepted that this are was a major opportunity for equipment reliability improvement as this is the root causes of a significant percentage of failures. Rick has an extensive background in this area.

Mike has been involved with putting together information to assist a government initiation on equipment Energy Efficiency and Reducing our Carbon Footprint.
