Single Point Automatic Lubricators

There was discussion on the role of single point automatic lubricators such as the PERMA brand. It was suggested that there were some applications for these systems but for most motors that might only need lubrication every 6 or at worst every 3 months, it is much more practical to grease manually. This also avoids the issue of the single point lubricator injecting too much grease which could enter the windings and cause insulation and temperature problems.
